Requirements and Restrictions
- Waiver Form: Fill out and submit the waiver form online 24 hours before the flight.
- ID Proof: Carry a valid ID (Passport or any Government ID). Passengers without valid ID are not allowed to fly.
- Weight Limit: Maximum weight eligibility is 119 kg.
- Capacity: The hot air balloon can accommodate between 10 to 28 passengers.
- Age Restrictions:
- Children under 5 years and individuals over 80 years are not permitted to fly.
- Minimum age for the quad bike ride is 16 years.
- The pilot has the final say on passenger eligibility.
- Health Restrictions:
- Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
- Individuals with serious heart problems, significant knee or back pain, recent major surgery (within the last 6 months), or a fear of heights are not recommended for this activity.
- Disabilities covering mental health and emotional/physical disabilities are not allowed.
- Passengers must sign a declaration confirming they do not have any of the above conditions.
- Substance Use: Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
